Design
Joful TPR PVC cutting machine adopt with rotating twisted knife
design, with application of international leading oblique knob
scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife,
continuous high-speed shear, just like a big scissors, high speed
rotating cutting, the discharge port with detachable screen, screen
size can be customizable as your cutting final size request, fully
meet you different cutting size request

How to test our machine
If you are worry about the machine working performance, efficiency
and final size, we warmly welcome you test the machine before buy,
we will test the machine according to your cutting request, to
fully release your concern, for your convenience consider, we offer
you different to test the machine
* Test the machine in our factory, we prepare the sample machine
according to your cutting request, you can come personally or send
waste sample to us, we will test it and take videos, photos for
your confirm (for clients send us sample, we will return the
express cost in your machine order)
* Test in our oversea sales agent (clients personal go there or
send sample there)
* Test in our old client’s factory nearby you, we will contact our
old client and try to get their permission for your test

Trading Term
Delivery time Generally 5-30 days after deposit, the exactly delivery time based
on which model you need, and working voltage request For small model we have small qty finish machine in stock supply,
for big model we have machine raw materials in stock, so our
delivery time is much quick |
Payment 30% deposit, 70% balance after the machine finish (before delivery) After machine finish we will take pictures videos and make cutting
test for your refer, after you check the machine is good, then
arrange the balance We also support third party agent come to test the finish machine |
Installation a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients
to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing b. If necessary we also support abroad installation and training

Guarantee Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the
broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our
new parts if it is not caused by human factors. Beyond the
guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost

Maintenance & Using Warm Tips
Put the machine on a open flat place, avoid metal materials during
using, this will damage or even broken the blades |
Please sharpening the blades regularly, we will suggest you
sharpening frequency according to the materials you cut and daily
working hours, pls following our suggestion |
Runing the empty machine for 30 minutes after install, to check if
every parts install and work well |
Please do not repair the machine yourself, if any problem happened,
pls stop the machine firstly and contact us, we will solve your
problem in the first time |
If the blades are damage or broken, please contact us to get new
one to replace it |
