Design & Working Principle
Adopt rotating twisted knives, native to the abolition of the
traditional reciprocating straight knife board, the application of
international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of
point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear,
the design is like a big high speed scissors, high cutting
efficiency, easy operated and easy maintenance
Working Processing
The waste material feeding into the shredding chamber through input
belt, keep cutting inside till the final size meet the screen size,
then the output belt transport the cutting pieces, it can also
connect with opener device, open the waste diaper into fibers, and
feeding into the sorting device, separate the different materials,
form a fully recycling production line
