Introduction About The Foam Cutting Machine
Working Principle
Joful "J" series cutting machine adopt with rotating twisted knife
design, with application of international leading oblique knob
scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife,
continuous high-speed shear, just like a big scissors, high speed
rotating cutting, the discharge port with detachable screen, screen
size can be customizable as your cutting final size request, one
machine can equipped with different size screen, fully meet you
different cutting size request
We can also add other equipment if you needed, such like fan
device, dusty removal device, opener device, sorting device and
metal detector
Application
This machine can be used for all kinds foam, such like memory foam,
rubber sponge, mattress scraps, flexible PU foam, EPS foam, XPS
foam, rock wool foam, glass wool foam, EPE foam
Beside these foam, it can also cut plastic films, other all kinds
of soft films, plastic fibers, textile, fabric, clothes, leather,
pu, carpet, rugs, as long as they are soft materials, pls check

1. Delivery time is 5-35 working days after deposit arrived, for
small models in stock available
2. Payment term, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping, after
you check the machine is ok, we also support third party agent test
the machine
3. Installation, almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to
install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing, if
necessary we also support abroad installation
4. Guarantee, Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the
guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can
be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human
factors, Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched
are charged at cost price
