Working Processing

A: Materials feeding in through input belt

B: Moving knives rotating in very high speed and with same cutting principle as the shear the moving knife and stationary knives working together to achieve the cutting purpose.

C: The crushed materials come out from the screen, we customize hole size of screen based on clients' crushing demand

Machine Components

* Normally four parts: Main machine, Input belt, Output belt, Blades sharpening devce, Customized mesh screen

* Can also add other parts per client's request, such like: Dusty removal device, Fan device, Metal detector, Opener machine device, Spare blades etc
