Design & Principles

Joful "J" series cutting machine is designed especially for soft type materials recycling cutting, the working principles is like a scssors, compare with regular single/double/four shaft shredder, it's more power saving and higher efficiency

Adopt with rotating twisted knife design, with application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear (see below blades samples)

The discharge port is design with removable sieve mesh, mesh size can be customized as your request, also, totally meet your different and uniform discharge size request

We can equipped the machine with motor fan device, dust removal device, opening to fiber device, sorting device
