Brief introduction for Blade of plastic film shredder machine

Shredder blade is divided into multi-shaft and single-shaft, the blade for single-shaft shredder is square, and multi-shaft blade is round and has claw, normally there are two claws, three claws, six claws, Octal and twelve claws. The discharge size are decided by the number of claws, the gap and the distance between the blade and the spacer .The blades of multi shaft / single shaft shredder are often used to shred tires, metal shells, wood, wire, plastic and papers, films, etc.with a wide application range.

Normally for double-shaft shredder, there are dual-axis blade, three-axis blade and four-axis blade, the blade material choose the steel with good wear resistance, toughness, high strength, impact resistance. The main materials of the blade include 6CrW2Si, 42CrMo, SKD-11, D2, DC53, LD, Cr12MoV and other high-performance special steel. We also customize blade, claw shaft, spacer and chamber.

For single shaft shredder, the blade diameter is between 200mm-500mm, thickness between 20mm-55mm, the hole is mostly hexagonal, can also be made according to clients demand,like octagonal or circular (with keyway). There are two ways for quenching,which are salt bath furnace quenching and Vacuum furnace quenching,so can guarantee hardness of variety blades meet requirement.
