Machine working principle

1. Rotary blades & fixed blade ( front fixed blade & rear fixed blade) cooperate working to achieve the cutting purpose.
2. Rotary blade head contains tungsten material,which makes the blade more wearing -resistant & more longer using life (HRC62)
3. f any accident makes the rotary blade head brokenclient can use new blade head to replace the old one. More cost-effective.

• This machine is specially design for soft materials cutting & crushing, mainly include textile scraps,plastic films , packing bags, yarns, fibers,monofilament type materials, sheep wool,palm fiber,papers,rock wool ,glass wool ...
• For handle different materials we have different feeding structure and discharge system.
• The machine can equipped with different sizes screen for control different discharge sizes, the client can exchange sieve mesh per their demand

One is shredder machine specifically designed for cutting and crushing soft materials. The other shredder is for shredding and crushing rigid materials mainly for plastics.
To meet customized requests of clients we also produce stainless steel shredder machines and expanded into the stainless steel metal processing services since 2013. The scope of our sheet metal processing mainly involved in outer shells, frames, and assembly services for medical equipment, environmental sewage treatment equipment, food processing equipment, and the equipment on electric vehicle production lines.
